About The Author
I’m an rabid fan of real estate blogs. I peruse everything from investment blogs, to mortgage and finance blogs, to agent blogs, to bubble blogs. Having been licensed for half a decade and having both worked as an agent as well as worked with services companies that worked with agents, lenders, inspectors, and appraisers, I’ve been able to gain a very deep insight into the real estate business. I’ve witnessed the good and the bad, the great and the terrible, and come out to write about it.
Why A Bubble Blog?
The pace of the market has been something of interest to me for a very long time. I’ve been a homeowner in Arizona since 2001, when the rates were falling and prices were going up, and got a very early experience into home ownership. As a homeowner in the real estate industry, home values and the process of real estate sales in general always fascinated me. As the market begin to tilt back to the other side, I was eager to learn more about how they affected Arizona specifically. As a state that has quickly grown, especially with cities such as Gilbert, Queen Creek, and Buckeye, I was curious how the recent news affected Arizonans, and people like my myself and my neighbors.
So because of that, I created The Arizona Housing Bubble, to help collect and comment on content revolving around the Arizona marketplace. Other blogs cover Arizona issues, but none so far seems to take a specific interest in Arizona as a primary focus.
I’m hopeful that you’ll find that here
