I remember when I was looking at my first house back in 01 or 02 or so. I visited a KB Home development and the workers were on strike. It obviously didn't sell me on buying a home from them if their contractors and employees were already disgruntled. And that was during a GOOD market! In this market it wouldn’t be too surprising. It wouldnt suprise me at all....infact im counting on it!
